George Toriello sent me this researched information February 11, 2020 on Ralph E. Lovell whose name is on the Plaque at First Baptist in Hackensack, NJ. Ralph E. Lovell whose last name is spelled “Lovelle” in the October 5, 1918 Honor Roll List in The Evening Record, was born on February 1, 1892 in Hackensack, New Jersey and when he registered for the draft, he was living at 64 Poplar Avenue Hackensack, NJ. Ralph E. Lovell registered for the draft on November 10, 1913 at the age of 21, according to New York Guard Service Cards 1906-1918. Ralph E. Lovell was a Private with Company ‘G’ 7th Infantry well before the U.S. entrance into World War I in 1917.
